The Standard Possession Order in Texas awards the non-primary conservator with periods of possession on the first, third, and fifth weekends of the month. However, calculating those weekends can be confusing. Remember, holidays trump regular weekend periods of possession so make sure to consult your orders to determine your periods of possession.
